Looking for help with installing onto Jailbroken Ipod

I honestly can't get this to work. My Ipod is jailbroken and I have no idea how to get this or CoC to install on it. Any help at all would be appreciated.

For starters are you indeed jailbroken? Do you have cydia? Let's start there.
