For some Futa/trap stuff I recommend Tales of Androgyny, Trap MC with Futa enemies. Used to be bad end for...scenes but they've changed that.

Haven't personally played it so I cannot attest to the quality and the pairings aren't quite my fire so it might not be exactly what you're looking for.

My text based game has some very long trans girl scenes. The game isn't all about trans, but maybe as much as 40% of the content does.

Sadly Futanari Quest has ceased development due to funding issues. Their Patreon is shut down. The most recent version is 0.05.
It's not that great. Writing is pretty lackluster, and it leans more on frustration than fun. Also, on a personal level, I don't like the artwork, and I don't like how they animate it, making it stretch and contract, it messes with my eyes. It's pretty hard on the domme content, but that's obvious from the title. Would only really recommend it to people that get off on Dom Futa/Sub Male.
Also chemical mind control / mind break. My problem with the setting (which has been around for awhile on the internet) is that it mixes way too many different kinks together and there's no way around them. Every one of them is mandatory and that really shuts a lot of people out from enjoying it. Same reason I don't like it, not into the druggy/addictive futa cum.
I have to admit, I only went for one of the paths (red headed bar chick) before just stopping. I wasn't disgusted or anything, but it wasn't worth the bullshit drinking minigames, and %-based Instant Game Overs to see these lackluster scenes and terrible endings. (How is my character barely able to string together conplex sentences with that much pumped into "knowledge"?)
Has anyone mentioned Mutiny! yet? All the characters in the game (that I've seen so far anyway) are either females or futas, with more of the latter. It's from the makers of The Menagerie, so it's monstergirl-based, of course. I have to admit, I thought The Menagerie was pretty bad, so I'm not really having high hopes for this, which looks to be more of the same.
