Thanks to TFS i learned about a Kickstarter game called Harem Protagonist.  An official H-scene mod will be made by the creators after the game is complete so as to not violate the Kickstarter ToS.

I looked at the first character model expecting a stationary picture and she moved! Shocked the hell out of me.
