Uh, there's a pair of games called Chubby Holiday and My Plump Mom/Plump City (name was changed for some reason, dunno why because it isn't on Patreon anyway). Mega, MEGA-thikk women, to an almost comically exaggerated degree, but still hot if you like that sort of thing. Plot is stupid, translation is dogshit and gameplay is almost nonexistent (story is linear so almost all choices are either "have sex" or "don't have sex"), but they certainly scratched the thikk itch.
