Has it to be dating? If not I would just say "The Asylum" from Darktoz! But that is kind of extreme and more on the 'thriller/nightmare story' side. It has an affection system, but that system is more like "I like you so I'm maybe going to help you survive" instead of normal dating.
Maybe "Sanguine Rose" is more for you, it is way less extreme and it was stated that it has some femdom in it.
