I think it involved the MC going to a mansion/castle place to exterminate some demons im not exactly sure, It wasnt a command based adventure, more like a choose your own adventure, it was segmented in like stages with a boss at the end you had to battle for each one and a checkpoint in case you wanted to save or go back to the beggining to try a different path.
Of the bosses I remember were, a fox that hypnotizes you if you stare into his eyes, a pharaoh jackal that turns you into his slave if you were to lose his battle and a plant monster.
Every stage had multiple bad endings depending on your choices and gave you the option to go back to your previous choice, begining of the stage, all the way back to the begining of the game and begining of a boss fight I believe
