Looking for a dragon impregnation game

Story: you're a dragon. your queen demands that you go out, impregnate humanoids, and if you knock up enough she fucks you.
Then you play as your stronger child, and repeat the process while making things harder for humanoids, and fuck her again.
Repeat until you're able to conquer the world for her, or dominate her.

Awesome game and highly recommend it, but can't remember the name.

The thing that annoys me about this one is that there was a considerably improved version released (1.4.1 I think) but it was never given a proper English translation. And when I tried downloading the partial translation anyway, it didn't run for some reason.

I got the latest version, and there's a lot of (probably) awesome new content. The translation I found runs, but it's clearly written by psychopathic bots. Can you link the translation you found?
