Load File and Save File not working?

Hey, is Load File and Save to File not working for any of you? It's working fine on my 3 year old PC, but on my newer, high-end laptop, I'm getting nothing.

I uploaded a save file for a bug report a couple days ago, using save to file. So for me at least it is working.

Ok, so now when I hit Load File, instead of opening up my folders, it just gives me this:



Is it just my computer? WTF is going on!?!

Alright, crisis averted. I was using a version from like, January. No wonder it didn't work.
