Livrea content not progressing

Just like the title says, I seem unable to progress Livrea's content.
I flirted with her at the beginning of the game, tipped over 20 times, had sex plenty of times, went to the milking barn many times in the evening, but I can't get the next part where I can actually speak with her about her family and marriage and the rest.
No idea what I'm missing, can someone help?

Did you do Calise's quest with the smugglers? It's required to unlock romantic options with Livrea for some reason.

Yeah, I've done pretty much every quest, I can go to the tower to her mom but can't get the actual date with Livrea

Did you went to the brothel/tap house? I think you have to visit them to unlock more stuff, honestly I got no idea if that's not the problem, it's pretty odd seeing how much you tipped her, etc...

Yeah, I've been everywhere, I know that after you reach a certain level of affection with her you should get a one time "event" when you go to her that triggers the Milking Barn event and subsequent date, and I haven't gotten that, no idea how to progress

That's weird, I just redid a character to test and managed to do it, I'm lost at what could be wrong.

Without looking at the save it is not definitive. Check this flag LIVREA_LOVER_INTRO -> if you have 1 but LIVREA_LOVER flag is missing -> it means you chose not to date her. After that nothing more will happen (ofc you can delete LIVREA_LOVER_INTRO).

If you do not have the Intro flag as well - then the check is quite complicated but it is a combination of LIVREA_TIP flag, LIVREA_FUCKED flag, and quest done marked as "Champion" quests (from minified code it is hard for me to deduct what is the exact idea behind it).
This quests are:

• In Her Footsteps,
• The Siege of Khor'minos,
• The Ring of Fate,
• Trouble in Khor'minos,
• At the Edge of the World.

And you should have EMBER_INTRO flag (this is gotten somewhere in the city just by walking).

I checked and as it turns out I do not have the Livrea lover flag, so it was my mistake all along
I have zero recollection of turning her down, I like the character and I never rejected her in any playthrough so I have no idea how I missed it but I must have done so
