Is there any event only avaible under a number of day or on a perticular day since the launch of the save?

No, the only thing that really count are seasonal events, and even those can be set to always happen regardless of irl time. The daycount is more or less just a legacy thing from the previous fen/sav games.

There's also pregnancy. It's a lot easier to keep track of with a day count of some kind.
