I found that if I hit the limit (around 30in like you said) I could still go down and fuck the centaur marauders a couple times for the horsedick tf and gain about 10 inches. You can tf back to your preferred dick afterwards and still keep the size. This trick only works once though, so if you're looking for a 3-mile cock you're out of luck.
