Libido management (With Dr. Lash?)

So, my character just finished up with the Water Queen's pregnancy, and it left him with a 61 for libido (not sure where all of the rest of it came, tbh). The amount of masturbation he requires is frankly a little ridiculous, so I decided to bring him over to Dr. Lash, and see if I could work it down by growing and removing penises with Virection. The first operation (Penis+Balls) took a good chunk off, and the second one (just penis) also took some off. But subsequent operations seemed ineffective.

So, basically, is there a cap for how low Lash can bring your libido? Or is it an issue with what operations are effective (I'd tried Pure Purge on an earlier character, and it didn't take any off)? And are there any other methods to reducing libido (preferably with minimal side effects) that totally slipped my mind?

Not the best advice but you can decrease your Steele libido by 2 everyday at Uveto from 12pm to 16pm (in game) from the foursome with Anno and the ausar sisters i think the only requirement is to have Anno on board and the best part is that doesn't force tf or anything,

Yes and it's 50, as in it won't decrease if it's below 50

I only ever had one penis. 4", balls. Then Lash took it off and I had zero penises. Yay, math! I have mixed feelings about save editing, but maybe I will give it a go if

Unfortunately, Lash's pure purge does not contain a perk to prevent lust from rising over time.

Perk to prevent lust form rising over time. You mean some new to make PC only gain lust during combat/stepping on lust mine? Or removing with pure purge all perks that PC may had that was affecting lust gain over time?

I don't get hoe having a libido of 61 was a problem it does enable you to get sex scenes quicker and be able to fuck Syri over and over again ect.
and Why would you need to masturbate when there are so many readily available partners?

Eh yeah. It's not crippling. That's why I'm still able to play him. It's just mildly annoying, the way any sort of waiting or travel pretty much maxes him out. Maybe a little dangerous out in combat areas, but overall it's a matter of personal preference. And I'd prefer him to have lower libido, haha.

If you have ladybits, tribbing with Sellesy will reduce libido by 1 if you're at 51 or higher. (You do have to pay for the privilege.)
