Leveled up on Zheng Shi, now stuck

All the decision/interaction buttons disappeared and now I'm stuck in my bedroom. I can't leave the room. Very odd.

I'm using the most recent build for backers dated 11/07/2023.

Tried that, trust me. I ended up just closing and re-loading from my last save. But I'm avoiding leveling up on Zheng Shi and leave for other planets to do that from now on.

I can't seem to replicate this bug. If you have a save file with the reported conditions, I may be able to look into it further.
