During the centaur village quest, I picked up a tome that yielded the power Vitality Reap. However, the game will not let me equip it, the hover-over complaining "This power is already equipped or you haven't unlocked a slot for it". I did indeed open up a slot by unequipping the existing encounter-level power. I was about to file a bug report when I noticed that the power is listed as level 6 in red. My character is level 4. Is there a restriction on what powers you can equip according to level?

In that case, there is a sort of bug here in that the error message in the hover-over is incorrect, though it's minor enough I don't know if I'll bother making a bug report for it.
Yes indeed, it does sound like a minor issue; but typo reports do belong to the coc2 bug reports section, and i guess this ui discrepancy could be tangentially viewed as a typo so i'll make the bug report for you don't worry.
