Level Cap?

Hey, so all my characters are at Level 6, with 75K/75K EXP, but when I go to sleep at Garth's inn, I can't level up. I just don't get the message. Is 6 the level cap? Also, I used a Razorcap Nector or something to fill the EXP bar, does that have something to do with it? I saw a Level 7 mini-boss at the Undermountain, so if I don't level up, I'm worried that I won't be able to complete the game. Thanks for the help.

Firstly, This is the CoC forum, I'm gonna assume your actually playing CoC2 and should've posted there.

Secondly, Yes, Level 6 is the current level cap and so you can't reach level 7 yet.
Thankfully, I believe the level cap is going to be raised soon; the reason why the level cap hasn't been increased yet is because the devs were waiting on the combat balance patch (Which came out just recently).

Honestly, the game has been due for a level cap for a while now given some quests have enemies of above level 7.
