Lessening cum output and virility

I can't seem to find any way to cum less in the game. Nor can I find a way to naturally become infertile other than using the leaf item thing. If anyone could tell me a way to lessen the output of an ejaculation that would be much appreciated. As for the becoming sterile that's not really important, always seeing the green star just messes with my OCD a little.

FWIW considering that I have missed a lot of patches, I am not aware of any items or events that directly lower player's feracity or cum output modifiers.

You can reduce the size of your character's balls - up to removing them entirely - to partially achieve the desired outcome. Simply use Chesnut refined versions of Gold and Pink Eggs, Ice Rose and Bovum Sherry one or several times until your character's input is close to the level you want.
