Latest update completely bricked my game

I play via downloading the game directly, and update by dragging it from the zip into my existing folder, overwriting when needed.

Version 0.7.19
This happened whenever I try to load my file to continue playing, and I don't know what's causing it.

More or less the same for me. Only happened AFTER I redownloaded the game for the hotfix

EDIT: And the game's process gets stuck after closing the window. I have to manually kill it.

I'll have to wait for the public release then, my patreon sub ran out last night, and I can't download the hotfix from the post I had access to :/ Annoying, but I guess I'll live

The Hot-Hotfix seems to work on my end.
