Hello. I'm running the Android version of 0.4s on a RCA 11 Maven Pro, model RCT6213W87DK, and FoE is a little behind my actions. This is the first time I've seen the tablet lag.
Touching a box takes around two seconds to respond. Trying to do things in combat too quickly will cause actions to queue up and then rush through them. If combat ends in this way, the game will continue to read that the first button has been pressed and perform whatever action is there. During the first fight, I go from slow combat past a flurry of screens right to naming the character.
I'm not sure how you could replicate this. Maybe it's related to the screen size?
