How can I make a male character lactate?

The quickest and easiest way would be Lactaid, available from Lerris at the TamaniCorp shop on Tavros's Merchant Deck. It doesn't have any side effects by itself, though do be warned that once you've stored up enough milk, you'll gain some cup sizes that go away when you're milked. Without certain perks, you'll also have to get milked regularly in order to keep lactating, as it'll wind down if you stay completely full for long enough.
