Korg'ii Hold questline won't proc (This one's a little complicated)(TitsEd)

So I accidentally started the Korg'ii questline and then saved it instead of loading back (don't ask how that happened). I thought that I could mess with TitsED and find a way to go back to before Steele talks to Ula and starts the questline. In the end, I just ended up digging a deeper hole for myself. I think I found the 3 lines that start it, but I'm not sure. So basically, I'm wondering if anyone knows what settings these 3 lines need to be to proc the quest.

Thanks! I don't know how I didn't see the X there but it seemed to have solved my problem. And now I feel silly thinking that making the space blank would do the trick.
