I wasn't going to report this bug initially, as I find it something moreover of convenience rather than just an issue. According to the Wiki:
"To reach the maximum score of 100, all 7 NPCs must be freed, Steele must have gone to tamed tamelings after saving Maja, and 3 other generic enemies must be defeated, without fleeing from any, before fighting the Milodan War Alpha."
However, the game doesn't seem to check nor seem to care about you having ran away in a round of combat before you reached 100. It also doesn't seem to acknowledge that you went off and saved the other Korgonne.
I'd honestly would want this to just be the way it is rather than get patched, as this effectively could force you to spend more time than you should grinding in the siege than if you just basically defeated 50 or so Milodan of various kinds of strengths in a row without fleeing any of their combats.
