[KNOWN ISSUE] dockmaster tarkus ship upgrades

there is no option to purchase anything ship related from the dockmaster in the latest build of tits so i have no option to buy turrets or extra sheildiing or armor

Like Vahn, the Dockmaster's shop for upgrading ships is not fully functional, pending a rework of that system. (Thank you for the report though!)

The Dockmasters menu for ship stuff has been enabled.
