Kiro?

I'm trying to set off the distress call to get access to Kiro, but everytime I try to board the ship, it says that its dangerous and I automatically return to my ship. No chance to even board. Bug, or something I'm missing?

Have you tried being Kenny Loggins?

You've boarded her ship with your character's ship--try exiting your character's ship and you should be inside her's.
