If Kiro is crew, and Steele visits her, selects the Sex menu then backs out, Kiro's non-crew bar options are shown (Wingman, Drink off, etc). If the Sex option is selected, and anything other backing out is selected, at the end Steele is left on the Blade, and exiting Blade then drops Steele at the entrance of Steele's ship.

Load save.
Go to crew area
Crew A - P -> Kiro
(If the threesome scene procs, reload)
Sex
Back (1)
Sex

Complete scene (2)
Expected results:
At (1) - scene should return to normal Kiro top level.
At (2) - end of scene should return to Steele's ship.
Actual results:
At (1) - Kiro's normal, non-crew bar conversation list appears.
At (2) - Steele is in Kiro's bedroom onboard Blade.
I suspect the main issues is (1) - exiting the sex menu should return to Kiro's crew menu rather than the non-crew menu.

Thank you for the save file. Yes, it seems that choosing to go "Back" while in her sex menu will instead route back to her bar-related menu. This should hopefully be fixed for the next release. The back button should now route to the correct menu depending on whether or not she is onboard the crew.
