Kiro refuses to talk

Kiro's never in the mood to talk. Happened after the conversation with Kally. Been several ingame months since that instance and every time Kiro is encountered she's not in the mood to have conversations. Talked to Kally about every topic under the sun, neither one refuses to budge. Attempted to force KiroQuest via teleporting to a cell in Dr. Po's ship but this doesn't fix Kiro or make her recruitable.

her normal talks are locked until you progress the picardine story line with kally, this picardine conversation can only be had on canadia. unfortunately, kiro has a particularly low encounter rate on canadia, so you'll just have to stay there and spam a for a while until she pops up
