So I have read the Wiki on how to get Kiro's recruit quest to start, met all the conditions, used a save editor just to check my save to make sure I meet them, and after flying around for legit 4 irl hours it still has not started the quest, I have tried to find a way to force it to start but cannot find anyway. At this point I am so frustrated and tired of this I dont know what to do. is there a way to force the quest to start? or just anything? i wish this quest started in a consistant way :/
