Not entirely sure this is a bug, but conservation sex with both pure blood frostwyrms doesn't result in your kip count increasing.
If the count of your kips includes all kips, pure frostwyrm or otherwise, it should add two kips. A pure blood and a half-blood.
Even if your kip count only keeps track of you half-blood children, the counter should still go up by one, though, since you're either fathering or mothering one while encouraging the pure frostwyrms to go to town on each other.
This might be working as intended, but at a bare minimum it's incredibly counterintuitive.
Edit: Disregard. Despite waiting several months each time, apparently eggs were building up. I incubated and went from 36 kips to 43.
Of course, this just seems to point out another error, that waiting with your male frostwyrm after mating doesn't seem hatch your eggs, despite it seeming like it does.
Edit 2: Okay, so having tested a bit more, I think I see what's happening. When you wait after conservation sex, you get the entire scene of the pure blood hatching and growing, which the game does not seem to track as part of your kip number.
However, any half-blood kips do not grow during this time, instead the egg just sitting in a corner. Do the conservation scenes several times, and you end up not seeming like you got anywhere until you incubate, and all the eggs hatch at once.
I think this is working as intended, it's just very opaque to the player what is (and more importantly, is not) happening.
