I always play mage/psychic on RPGs so all my runs until now have been as a Kineticist, but is really strange how little the NPCs react to you having these powers, is this bcs is a relatively new class?

Also, the races/NPCs that have psychic powers don't treat you like you also have then, I read here that a psychic class is in the works but wouldn't that make Kineticists redundant? Whats the point of a class that has mental powers with almost no interactivity with other characters that also have?

Yep; most of the game was written long before the details of the class were finalised, so even the authors who did know that it was planned didn't know if it would ever be completed, let alone what powers it'd have.

This is mostly a consequence of the above. Also, Steele might not have the same type of psionic powers; they mainly have telekinesis, with some "elemental" powers and almost no mind-affecting powers.

Nope; Kineticist is the psychic class.

I went to TiTs just as I ended CoC2, and to be honest it was a little difficult to get used to how content is spread through the game, I know the planet-to-planet format make things different but it just feels uneven. Like, Uveto is a optional planet and has a bigger map with a lot more to do in it than the probe locations.

I don't know how they handle characters of writers that have abandoned or completed their contributions to the game, but I would like to see characters that have been abandoned while hinting bigger roles in the game to recieve a completion until the final version, or at least an adjust to have more conectivity to the choices you make or who you are. (Like, Sophora is too big of a character and has such a cool art to not have her story completed).
