The two wikis' guides tell me how to go levels 1-4, and that at 6, I can make her FULL female if I wish.

You must pick one of the options from 4 and below that you have not yet done in order to increase her up to 6. That will then unlock the 6+ level of submissiveness.
So for example doing a level 0, level 1, level 2, level 3, and then both level 4 options should get her to the level 6 options, one of which is the full female option.
