You did any listed on this list things once or tried repeat them? Also by chance you remember action you took (I mean 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. till you stuck at 4 points). It's possible in one of those things made you stuck at 4 points. ALso I think I recall somewhere around 4 points is place where rising her sub score can stuck but I kinda long ago been at this part of game so I not remember atm what I done back then (I think it was just trying all options for scores 0-4 again hoping it will somehow make her finaly go to 5 points).
