Hi I just made this account specifically to report this error.
Katherine's menu is bugged and won't show any option to talk about Urta in the lovers menu, nor any option to see Urta in the Sex menu. In the Sex menu the description text states something about seeing Urta about improper procedures but there's no actual option to do that. My path was to go through the training with Urta and those scenes work. Additionally I was able to talk to Urta about Katherine and encourage them to get together that way. And the celebration scene works. It's just after that there's no way to get the other scenes the wiki says should be an option. Even telling Katherine to drink and Urta to drink more doesn't give the option.
Edit: I'm also playing off of the version currently available through the "play in window" option under corruption of champions. I'm not playing any of the mods.
