Kasyrra disappeared?

I didn't play for a while, seeing that there was more content with Kasyrra I went to look for her at the dream palace but she is no longer there. Can anyone tell me why?

I believe that Kas has a 70% chance to actually be at the dream palace when you enter it.
If Kas isn't there when I enter I just leave and then enter again until she's there.

Can't believe the combat rebalance obliterated Kas.
