It can change your body, though I'm not really sure in what ways aside from how, if you're masculine/flat and you have sex where you get penetrated by Kas in the tutorial, she makes an offer to grow DDs on your chest and feminize your face, though it only sets you as androgenous, leaning feminine.
Doesnt she offer a change per encounter, and you can just get them whenever if your on the romance path that allows for you to the new area? Least I think thats what I think the wiki said, Im a bit of a dumbass and have also never gone her route, just using the wiki and hearsay.
The changes she offers generally depend on how she's fucking you. Her seasonal forest sequence gives the same changes as long as you have some sort of sex (grow your penis/breasts/both and gain demonic eyes) and her Winter City/repeatable Dream Palace sex can increase your penis size/give you one if you don't have one (Ride Her), increase lip size (Trade Oral) and change your vagina to an equine one/give you one if you don't have one (Doggystyle). And as mentioned her intro scene has her offer to give you (larger) breasts. I don't think she has any TFs related to her Wayfort encounter.
