When Kalysea is your follower, she can trigger a scene when you enter into a new area. At the end of the Frostwood Old Mine, after collecting the crate and leaving the mine, Kalysea triggered a scene, creating this crash every single time. To avoid the crash, I had to leave the mine to trigger Kalysea's scene away from the crate, then go back to the mine and collect the crate.
