Kaede Uveto/Myrellion Encounters

This might just be a “me” problem, but I can’t get Kaede’s encounters on Myrellion or Uveto despite having been able to do the New Texas one. No idea why.

I have same problem on one character, but not the other.

Save file where there's no encounter in case it helps.
