Kaede Content Question

Is it possible to continue having PC-Kaede scenes after having met her during travels already? I constantly get the Anno/Kaede/PC scene, and after constantly waiting at the Tavros bar for multiple weeks worth never had her show up again. Does having Anno on the ship affect this?

Checked the wiki but couldn't find an answer to this specific question. Thanks in advance!

And that's why I keep a save file dedicated to reliving all the Kaede events.

What planet is it, and do I have to kick out Anno? I keep waiting for hours on a number of them but never see her.
