Is there a fast way to trigger the scene? I cant get it

You'll have to have talked to Anno about her relationships. Then go to Tavros Station, then to Anon's Bar on the second floor. Wait until you see "Anno" in the top right corner. Chat to her and then you'll be introduced to Kaede and then free to bang them both like an epic drum kit.

Wait, does it only proc at Anon's?

I always thought going to Anon's was what triggered Kaede and meeting her throughout the game. I've never met her on New Texas, Uveto or Myrellion without meeting her at Anon's first.

It's been forever since I've had to proc it, so I can't so for sure without starting a new game.

You can meet Kaede at the ST office on Tarkus after asking Anno about relationships, and Anno will invite you to the threesome. (It's mostly the same text as the Anon's visit.) You don't even need to recruit Anno. Proc chance is pretty low, though.

That meeting unlocks the other Kaede meetups, just like the one at Anon's.
