I remember at one point, after the fight with Queen Taivra, you could have your rival become a slut for Taivra, but I havent been able to trigger it again, was it removed? Or am I just doing it wrong?

I believe you have to lose to Queen Taivra herself to get the option, not Queensguard or anyone.

Lose to the Queen without touching Dane's cage, then ask to keep your cousin as a bedwarmer.

Thanks, I don't ever lose fights anymore so thats probably why I only ever got the option once
