Isabella "Cowify" option during pregnancy

What is it, what does it do, and what are its long-term effects? I've tried Googling it but found nothing.
The description of it is incredibly and irritatingly vague: "Ask Isabella if she can turn into something special."
I read the page and she eats/consumes some lethicite and says it'll make her children stronger or something, it really doesn't go into details what it actually does as Isabella doesn't quite know either.

Izabella is normaly only human turned into person closer to lacta bovines. But she would still not able to pass this trait on children making them born humans. Cowify would let her have chance t have cow/bull child like it would be case with true lacta bovina giving birth.
