It's listed as stealable, but it's only listed as used by Arona. But there are some sources of abilities not listed and I feel like I remember being able to steal wide sweep from somewhere that wasn't getting hit by Arona. Holy Shock is also listed as stealable but used by Arona, I suspect that one isn't available anywhere yet though.
Is Wide Sweep stealable from anywhere?

Steable Wide Sweep
So, On my first game run I manage to steal "Wide Sweep" but then I forgot now what mob I stole it, its not Arona cause you can't steal on companion, I really want to get all of stealable Power and know this one keeps me from completing it. Any mobs you encounter with wide sweep?

i have see on the wiki that is possible to learn this ability from arona (with mirror stance skill) but how i can do it ?? i mean she need (Chieftain's Bronze set) that can be optain only after her quest... so you can not take this ability during the fight with her before the end of her...

Holy Shock is technically stealable in one specific instance (Lureling+No Circlets+Totemrona in the party+RNGesus likes you) but given what's been said, we can safely assume it will be stealable from a repeat encounter eventually.
Or trainable, or Tome-able. Someone who gets Holy Shock the hard way, though, does deserve kudos.
You basically have to buy the gun load it yourself then hand it to them to fucking shoot you to get holy shock.
