Is this a glitch because of the bust configuration?

Sorry, I thought that this was a glitch because

A. I never met her in the SWF port.

B. There's a 10% of meeting her when using the Scout Taxi's on Mhen'ga. Which I hardly used because I would Sanic the maps.

So I'll post both the picture and a save file where you can meet her on Tavros Bar

I'm not sure what you're trying to report? You're in an event with Shou and Tanis, and both are displayed?
