Is there anyway of getting Kiro distress call again after dismissing it

so i completely forgot how kiros distress call goes and chose to ignore it thinking it was a trap, is there any way to get her distress call again?

No, you delete it. A lot of initial checks look for if the Flag is Undefined, which is not the same as 0.
You should also probably delete RESCUE KIRO WAITED TO BOARD.
