Is there any way to get a bear face?

Originally I was waiting for the bear TF that got submitted, but it got rejected. I Tried the Save Editor and chose for the face "Ursine" with the Tags "furred" and "muzzled". Sadly it doesn't work. When I open the appearance screen I get this message.



Is there any other way, console or save editing included, to get a bear face?

A lot of tags exist in the game because code was ported from CoC1 to TiTS to CoC2 but that doesn't mean that they're actually functional.
