Exactly as the title says. Celise has to be my favorite under uitilsed character, she is hinted to have a long history with the Steele family and company. Also to my knowledge is the shipmate with the longest time in the game, yet to my knowledge has never received a x-pak.
It totally has nothing to do with the fact I wish I could encase and/or put myself on my prey to take them for a walk like Celise and Nova, yep nothing to do with that.
