Is there another way to get Celise?

When I started the game, I didn't understand that Celise would stay on the ship; I thought she would follow you around like an RPG, and I wanted to go lone wolf, so I said no. Is there any way to get her as a follower later in the game?

? There are no followers in game. The only time you are accompanied by a character is when you're in specific missions, and that's temporary.

My solution would be to mix a pair of saves in Minerva. Start a new one getting Celise, and use your current save. Fuck around and replace everything regarding Celise from your temp save to your normal save.
