Is there a way to diable "You are too big to fit"?

I have been playing this game like crazy.
I got a penis size at almost 50 inches. It is too big to fit most characters and more often than not I'll get the "You are too big to fit" or "You can't fit body part X".
Is there a way to disable this? Or I'll just have to shrink it back down. That would be no fun...

Well considering you're so hyper that you can't fuck anything, the real question is - do you want to be able to fuck anything?
If yes - you'll have to shrink your dink.
If no - don't do anything but flog your log.
