Is there a place to grind Intelligence and Willpower?

Similar to the gym on New Texas, I mean. It was boring but worth it, so I'd like to max everything if possible. I got my ass handed to me on Uveto.

Int can be gained by spamming chat with Syri on the first planet. Willpower can be gained by training with Mirrin on new Texas but it's probably the slowest stat grind in existence so it's generally recommended to dump your points into willpower and to just grind the rest of your stats.
