Is there a list of which patches are public/backer?

I know this is kind of a stupid question, but certain patches are marked as backer when they are now public. As far as I can tell, there's no way of determining which is which ( unless they're like three months old ). Am I just out of the loop or is that the case?

Public patches make all the content from the backer patches prior to them available. It's cumulative.
