Is there a list of what values are changed by each perk?

Trying to add perks with Minerva or TiTsEd seems like it's hit-or-miss sometimes when it comes to the actual values changed by certain perks, if they change any at all.

For example, I know the perk "Fertility" you can choose at the beginning adds a flat 0.15 to your fertility value, but for the perk "Milky", I can't find what it does besides add it to the perk list in-game. Does "Milky" actually change any values or is it more of a "if [perk] is in list, make this specific change" thing?

Nah, way too many perks. Just browse your code if you want to save edit your special snowflake.

You can research most of these on the wiki at smutosaur.us as well, at least you could last time I cared enough to look up the perks to that extent.
