Is the Baroness even human?

I've been wondering since meeting her and noticing she has what look like 2 bite marks on her neck. Plus one character, I think Komari, called her a vampire but at the time I hadn't met her so I thought it was an insult. Plus her description refers to a "sanguine sash" and idk about everyone else but that sounds like either too many hints to be a coincidence. If she is, do you think there may be vampire based content in the future, like a sidequest and/or a tf?

No I have not read it, But until further notice I shall exclusively refer to as a cumpire. What a monster, blowing those innocent young men!
